Stag and Hen Season well under way
Well it's that time of year again when the pre-marriage celebrations are well under way with the usual last night/weekend of freedom based in Aviemore and the stag and hen groups are looking for more than just a drink fueled celebration so most of the groups are booking on white water rafting or canyoning trips.

Canyoning is also fast becoming the must do activity with great natural rock flumes/slides, pool jumps abseiling, zip slide and a stunning location all groups come away from the canyon with a huge grin on their faces. See the below video of what it's all about:-
